Impellers: Impellers are fixed at the bottom of the dome-shaped stainless steel bowl. It has three full lengths. Impellers are designed in such a way that full-length blades will lift & push the material to mix well. These impellers will help to give easy and uniform granulation.
Chopper: These are specially designed small blades located laterally at the side wall of the dome. It rotates at high speed RPM to give easy and uniform granules/particles. Chopper cuts the wet lumps of material into small sized parts those are mixed equally by the impellers and its speed is responsible for the size of the granules. Chopper doesn't have any significant effect on the granule size when impeller speed is high.
CO-Mill : is widely used for dry granulation, pulverization etc., in Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Cosmetics, colors, Dyestuff, Food product etc. it also finds application in Pesticides, Spices, Detergents, Insecticides, Plastic and Resins Industries.
